Double Deep Racking

The Double Deep Racking system is a variant of Selective Racking system and is the best compromise between a selective and a high-density racking system.

Double Deep Pallet Racking doubles the capacity at each location allowing higher density of storage and better use of the available space but requires special equipment (extendable forks) and is slower to operate.

By storing pallets two deep, reduces the number of aisles allowing more racking to occupy the available footprint within the Warehouse or Storage space.

• Allows up to 75 % more storage than selective racking.
• Increases storage density compare to single-deep racking.
