National Canned Food Production & Trading Co., a leading Kuwait-based manufacturer and distributor of canned foods, beverages, and kitchen staples, required a more efficient warehouse storage solution as production and inventory volumes continued to grow.
To address these challenges and maximize warehouse capacity, the company selected Stack Group International Gen. Trad. Co. W.L.L. to design and install a high-density Drive-In Racking System at its warehouse facility, enhancing storage efficiency and overall operational performance.
Following a detailed prequalification process and evaluation of several leading storage solution providers, Stack Group was selected as the preferred partner for the project. Through multiple rounds of concept development, engineering reviews, and technical discussions, Stack Group delivered a solution tailored to maximize storage capacity and operational efficiency.
The installed Drive-In Racking System features a frame height of 5,000 mm with Ground + 2 levels, providing 2,830 pallet locations for standard pallets measuring 1,000 mm x 1,200 mm x 1,450 mm (H). The solution optimizes warehouse space while supporting safe and efficient material handling operations.
Stack Group's technical expertise, innovative design approach, and proven execution capabilities were key factors in securing the project. Working closely with the client, the project was completed on time, within budget, and with zero accidents, reflecting the team's strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
